About Osamah

I have acquired a 2:1 in my four modules from Cardiﬀ University As I was enrolled for my Masters for the year 2015/2016 and cleared my dissertation, thus holding a Masters Degree in International Commercial Law. I acquired a 2:2 in my LLB (Hons) from the University of London External Programme enrolled in the year 2010/2014 from Pakistan College of Law. This degree is internationally certiﬁed by the ICRC in Humanitarian Law.

My reason of teaching at first was to support myself financially when working as an associate lawyer at various law firms but with the passage of time, reaslization hit me that I am actually very good at teaching from practising, and also to be honest, I looked forward more towards teaching and this is where I realised, that teaching maybe my passion

About the lesson

Hi my name is Muhammad Osamah Bakhsh and I have an experience of 12 years as a practicing lawyer in Pakistan and 11 years of teaching experience in Law especially A-Level Law and LLB modules such as Criminal Law, Contract Law, Public Law, Learning Legal Rules, Property law, Law of Trust, European Union Law, Public International Law, Company Law & Wills, Succession and Admin. Believe me, teaching has been the most difficult task for the sole reason that education is the most important part of one's career and future. Your future depends on education and for that reason, it is a great responsibility. I carefully understand a student and work according to his or her ability. Like Bruce lee said, be like water in order to adjust yourself with every situation. I believe that every child can achieve greatness but with the correct counseling and direction, which I will at my utmost skill and experience, deliver. I do not conduct my class on hours rather on achieving objectives and most importantly, creating the legal acumen for my students. With great power comes great responsibility. I have been serious challenges in litigation and vetting legal opinions, which have been positively dealt with ease but with immense working behind those achievements. As a teacher and a practicing lawyer, I adore to one thing, that is, "not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere." Ratatouille
