About Sithabile

I am a second year in political sciences and international relations at the University of Pretoria. I love academics and music. I am assertive, understanding, kind, disciplined, and committed. My characteristics are reflected in how I tutor and have positively affected the success of students I have tutored in the past.
I have a strict but affirmative teaching approach, I prefer practical lessons over theory-based lessons. I have noticed this approach produces better results and boosts the student’s confidence in their English skills.
I like to build a bond with my bond students, and monitor their growth and celebrate their successes.

About the lesson

I engage the content in interesting ways; however, it catches your attention and often leads to the student remembering the lesson. An example would be, in literacy, I would sometimes make the students act it out or tell me what they imagine when they read certain information. I aim to engage your senses to ensure the information is retained. I am adept and agile; if a learning method isn’t working, I am capable of adapting to the atmosphere and talking to the students to see how they want me to help them.
