As a leader, you should always delegate the hardest tasks to the laziest person because they will always find the easiest way to do it. This applies to teaching as well, as a non-gifted average student myself, I've always found the easiest ways to understand a topic/problem. Especially in the field of mathematics, once you've found the easiest way to do a question the steps/methods create themselves like cogworks. I believe these methods already exists and my job is to provide the most efficient solutions to help everyday average students.
