About Apurv

I am Apurvkumar Bhatt, an experienced educator and engineer, currently a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Laurentian University. I specialize in teaching mathematics, physics, nuclear physics, and thermodynamics, using interactive and personalized methods to foster deep understanding and engagement.

Currently, I serve as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Laurentian University. In this role, I coordinate with professors on curriculum duties, examine assignments, and provide feedback to students. I've built an AI-Model related to smart composite materials using finite element analysis (FEA) and AI algorithms, and developed a mine simulator while researching blind spot analysis.

At NC Industrial, I worked as a Design Technician, handling component scanning with handy scanners and post-processing using VX elements and Fusion 360. As a Senior Design Engineer at Energy Mission Machineries, I applied FEA principles for stress and strain analysis and designed machines using IS 2062 grade steel material standards. I coordinated with various departments to rectify design issues, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

I also have experience as a CFD Engineer on a freelance basis and as a Production Designer at Imagine Powertree PVT. LTD., where I designed solar trees and managed government approvals for soil testing and installation. As a Mechanical Tutor at Khodiyar CAD Centre, I taught AutoCAD 2D-3D and productivity tools, and conducted marketing efforts to generate admissions.

My early career includes a Project Trainee position at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, where I conducted decay heat analysis and assisted in experimental work to develop a prototype of GDWP. Additionally, I served as a Lecturer at S.D. Patel Polytechnic.
