About William
Hi! I'm William, a First-Class graduate from the Theology capital of Oxford University, Oriel College. I am deeply passionate about Theology and Religious Studies and want to help students develop and nourish their own interest in this rich and fascinating subject.
Theology is a field of study that one does not have to be religious to engage with and flourish from, and it in itself provides a strong intellectual basis for several other disciplines, especially English literature and History, and is therefore a critical supplement for those subjects as well.
Regardless of a student's experience or level of understanding, I aim to teach them not only how to score highly in their examinations in Theology, if that is their goal, but also to foster a genuine appreciation for the subject itself.

Theology is a subject that rewards passion and interest as well as academic rigour.
As such, my lessons aim to cultivate a deep and engaged understanding along with an ability to comprehensively discuss and evaluate complex ideas and arguments.
Lessons are tailored to meet students at whatever level they may be at and help them meet their goals, whether that is to simply excel in their GCSE or A-level exams or to study Theology at a top university.
I also offer specialised support with personal statement writing and interview preparation.
