About Jordan
I have always enjoyed school and have always been keen to learn new things, and because of this I have always wanted to be a teacher. I worked hard at school and achieved my qualifications. I did have a break for a few years where I got a job, and this lasted longer than anticipated due to having my own children. In 2018, I knew I wanted to do more so I signed up for The Open University, fast forward a few years with a lot of hard work and I have just graduated with a First. I now want to teach children and share their 'lightbulb' moments, when they understand something because of me and what I have done to help them.

I believe in a fun, child-centred, personal approach to engage, encourage and inspire. Typical length of a lesson would be around 50 minutes, but am happy to be flexible with this. I have all my GCSEs, I have gained a First-Class honours in my degree, and am about to do my PGCE. I have two young children, one who is about to enter into Year 1 and I have very much enjoyed helping her and teaching her.
I am qualifying to teach primary key stages 1 and 2, from Year 1 to Year 6.
