About Miguel
Hi! I have recently completed my Geography undergraduate at UCL (University College London) with first class honours. I was an official UCL transition mentor assisting fresher Geography students in adjusting to university life and the course. I am also well placed to assist with university applications and advice.
I achieved an A* in A Level Geography and Economics. I was awarded the achievement of Highest Geography Grade for Edexcel in the World (2023). Specifically, I achieved an A* in my Geography NEA (coursework) on coastal management and the effects of offshore development on erosion rates. I also achieved an A for my EPQ which explored the link between socio-economic development and global climate change mitigation responsibilities.
I also achieved a 9 in my IGCSE Geography exam and so I am well placed to assist with all educational levels.

I have tutored a number of students at a range of levels who have achieved great academic success. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a mentor and look to continue assisting students throughout their educational journey.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long, however, I am flexible as to the student's needs. I use collaborative teaching methods to ensure lessons are engaging and provide real time feedback. I can also assist with reviewing work and providing written feedback.
