About Mary Ellen
I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I teach 4th grade math and science in Mississippi. This is my first year, but I love my job! I currently teach about 40 students all ranging in skill levels. I am able to adapt a lesson to each of my individual student's needs in order to help them succeed.

I try to make my lessons as hands on as possible. I am a very visual learner, and that has transferred as a teacher. If you can see it, then it usually makes so much sense! I believe in trying anything we are willing to try until we find something that works!
