I am a personal trainer with a dancing background. I have been teaching dance lessons for many years and I am now offering personal training. I am very interested in sharing m passion for fitness in order to help and support your specific goals. Through a good exercise routine you could not only improve your overall health and feel amazing but also improve your fitness level and gain strength and endurance.

I offer individual personal training or you can choose to do a group workout to feel more confident around others. You won't need much, just a pair of trainers and wanting to move!! Let's have some fun together and work towards loving your body!
