i have been crazy about sport and fitness and living a healthy and balanced life for 50 odd years. i empower people and enable them to reach their goals because I love to see people grow and reach their own goals. my Ironman journey has taught me so many lessons which will benefit my students and i will always give my best because "I LIVE WHAT I LOVE AND LOVE WHAT I LIVE"

The program must be realistic and must fit into their lifestyle all the while challenging them to move forward and achieve goals and see results. i am very flexible and can work with all kinds of people of any age group and gender. i will use all available technologies to fine tune the exercise program to ensure the best results.
