About Nader
As a young man, I started work under the guise of my father in construction. I thoroughly enjoyed those times with my dad even if it was always damp and cold!
One day I decided I wanted a professional career and real estate fell into my path. My first job in the industry was at a large real estate agency and my second at a boutique. In both instances I excelled became the top-selling agent in both branches.
Having sold over £200m of real-estate within two years I had the client base to form my own company. Vendee Estates ((concealed information) was incorporated in February 2021 and it has set off to a roaring start.
I am a 'normal' guy in the sense I am not rain man, I feel I am a relatable human being with a success story and techniques to back it up. I love to teach people, I am here because my friends have always told me to offer my 'motivational' services and I promised them I would try.

My teaching methodology is all based on the student in front of me and their individual goals.
Encouragement can be subtle or forceful but either way, encouragement does not bear motivation. Motivation comes from within, it must be unlocked from within oneself. I believe it my talent to help elevate people to their full potential by explaining my experiences and techniques.
We can do face to face sessions if your in the London or Kent area (socially distanced of course) or we can revert to Zoom if its seems more sensible.
