About Celia
Hi there !
I am a French master student here in Melbourne and I would like to spend some of my free time to teach French to all those interested.
Studying in a very multicultural environment for many years now, I am used to dealing with different languages and analyzing the path of learning a new language.
I love to meet new people and to discover new cultures, I am very friendly and patient.
I also worked with a lot of children in France for babysittings and homework.

Lessons are open to everybody and will be constructed according to the needs and desires of everyone.
Before starting to work with someone, I usually like to have a small talk about the methods they find the most helpful for them to learn things. I believe that there is not ONE good methodology but that we can always personalize the way we teach and learn.
For example, lessons can go from simply having a conversation on a certain topic to resolving exercises and having formal lessons.
If the student agrees to, I usually also like to give books, music and movies/tv-shows recommendations, as I believe it is one of the most effective ways to become familiar with a language and culture.
There is no maximum length for lessons, however 1h is the minimum.
