About Lily
As well as having an A* in both GCSE and A-level Japanese, I am a native half Japanese who has been through Japanese education from the age of 2-18. So I will be teaching you correct and useful Japanese with friendly and thoughtful lessons from my many years of teaching experience. Japanese is a beautiful language and learning it will allow you to step into a complete different world and I will help you through that. I believe learning a language allows you to live an alternate life with enough practice, patience, dedication and self-belief. Since I grew up at a Japanese school, household and environment I will teach you Native Japanese so you can absorb yourself in the Japanese world, communicate with others and learn or improve anything of your interest or need! I have a teaching experience of 5 years of Japanese, English and Piano and can teach any ages, any levels in a welcoming settings so please feel free to reach out:)

Lily has a passion, not only for music, but also for conveying her love of the piano to others through her lessons which are always fully tailored to the students’ needs. She is creative, patient, understanding and encouraging and has a special talent at drawing out shyer, less confident students, such as my daughter who has gained so much from her inspired teaching methods!
