About Chandler
I'm a second-year Chemistry student pursuing an integrated Master's at Durham University, where I earned A*s in Chemistry and Physics, As in Maths and Biology, and straight 9s/8s at GCSE (5x9s, 5x8s). Having recently mastered these exact exams myself, I understand the pressure and know precisely what separates A/A* answers from the rest.
I teach because I love seeing students transform confusion into confidence—and helping tough concepts finally click. I ensure the whole specification is covered, guiding you systematically while prioritising your known weak areas first. If you identify struggles, we tackle those immediately, but I also diagnose hidden gaps you might not realise exist. Progress tracking across the entire specification shows your improvement clearly, ensuring no topic is missed and strong results are the goal throughout.
For A-Level, I emphasise Paper 3 synoptic questions and cross-topic links—often neglected in school. Between lessons, you get targeted questions you should be able to answer, building confidence, as well as active recall guidance. Whether you’re aiming to pass or push for A/A*, I adapt to your pace and goals.
