About Aneniishe
In GCSEs many students can struggle to see the results they want even when they are putting in 110%. They may be doing exactly what their teacher told them but still see stagnancy and sit at the same grade. In these lessons I will help you break through and see the results you want in an engaging and enthusiastic way.
I offer lessons that students can look forward to which target their specific needs, in a clear structured format. I will take time each lesson to explain content and exam structure. As all tutoring sessions are 1-1, we can take learning at your pace going over topics as many times as you need to or spend a session only covering exam techniques.

These lessons are aimed towards Year 10 and 11 students studying GCSE History and English Literature.
I want to make both subjects engaging and interesting for you, taking you along for the story, rather than plainly stating facts.
In lessons we will cover key events/characters from multiple points of view so you can analyse effectively and develop critical thinking skills.
You will look at exam techniques and the best structure for questions, as well as time management, enabling you to enter exams feeling confident.
You have full lesson notes from what was covered after each lesson plus a clear plan on what to practise.
The first free session is all about getting to know you and your goals, as well as your commitment level for these tutoring lessons. This helps me effectively in give you what you need.
Introductory free session:
What we will cover:
- How frequent you want lessons to be? (once a month, every week, etc.)
- What your weaker topics are
- What specifically you need support in (if you don't know that's ok)
- Cancellation/booking policy for lessons (how much notice to give)
- What are your expectations from me as a tutor?
- My response time (if you have any questions outside of the lessons)
Future lessons will be based on your strengths and weaknesses as assessed in the first session.
