About Lei
I'm a Chinese language teacher currently living in Malaysia. I've lived abroad for nearly six years and taught for ten years, primarily focusing on teaching Chinese as a foreign language and promoting Chinese culture. I've taught Chinese as a foreign language in Malaysia and Singapore. I'm also a former university lecturer, well-versed in Chinese history, having written and published some papers. I also have extensive experience teaching Chinese as a foreign language. I hold a Level 2 Mandarin Chinese proficiency certificate and a Chinese Teacher Certificate. If you join my class, I'll share with you many interesting stories from Chinese history.

I develop individual teaching plans tailored to each student's Chinese language proficiency and needs, striving to ensure every student is proficient in and masters Chinese language skills. Based on the student's age, I'm adept at using textbooks such as HSK, Road to Success, Easy Learning Chinese, and YCI to effectively help students achieve their Chinese language learning goals. I also incorporate diverse teaching methods, allowing students to watch videos, use songs, dances, poems, and games, and even engage in traditional Chinese cultural forms like paper-cutting and calligraphy to make our classes lively and enriching.
