About Brad
Hi and welcome :)
I'm Brad Beau Cohen and I've been a professional writer for over 10 years. I've worked as a copywriter, Head of Editorial for eCommerce companies, freelance blog writer, freelance journalist, learning video script editor, poet and author.
I'm a published author, primarily publishing poetry. My work has appeared in literary journals, magazines, art exhibitions and film festivals across the world.
Both of my degrees (First Class degrees, thank you very much) are in creative writing - BA at Uni of Roehampton and MA at Uni of Glasgow.
Author bio:
Brad Beau Cohen's (he/him/they) poetry has been published worldwide by fourteen poems, American literary journal Versification Zine, anthologised twice by Fincham Press, and exhibited in The Hilbert Raum and SomosArt House. Some of his poems have been adapted into film by Sian Williams and were catalogued at the BFI Flare LGBT Film Festival, screened at FRINGE queer film festival, Leeds Queer Film Festival, FEST and shortlisted for ShanghaiPRIDE Film Festival. Cohen is a queer, working class writer from Guernsey based in London. Sugar Water is Cohen’s debut poetry pamphlet and was endorsed by Richard Scott. His social handles on Instagram and Twitter @bradbeaucohen.
