About Tengen

I wasn’t always the confident, outgoing person I am today. I started off shy, uncomfortable in my own skin, and unsure of how to navigate the world. But I refused to let that define me. Through years of research, education, training, and real-world experience, I discovered who I truly am and learned to embrace the best version of myself—one I’m genuinely happy to be. My journey led me to study various schools of game and social dynamics, delve into sociology and psychology, and master high-level sales and social engineering techniques. Along the way, I realized that true confidence and freedom come from understanding yourself, trusting in your abilities, and building a life that’s authentically yours—without relying on anyone else for validation. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with countless students, helping them break free from social anxiety, awkwardness, and fear. My approach combines the best of science, psychology, and hands-on experience to empower others to confidently navigate social situations, build meaningful connections, and even open themselves up to finding that special someone. Now, as I prepare to start a family, I feel an even greater calling to pass on what I’ve learned. I don’t want the skills and insights I’ve gained to go to waste. Instead, I want to help others who are struggling with the same challenges I once faced to find their confidence, discover their freedom, and become the best versions of themselves. If I could transform my life, I know you can too—and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
