About Marius
I believe in you and know you can achieve and concur this subject. I first gained the practical experience and then did the calculations. Once a student did not get a year mark but I believe in her and made the call that she could go and write...she got 73%. I try and teach on the method I wanted to be taught. With refrigeration I have an video imitation on the screen and then I teach the cycle. True significance is when you see others become competent because of you.

I try to think back to the days where I sat in class and this is my focus then....In other words, how would I want to be taught. What is common sense to a teacher is for sure not for a student. I make drawings and try and break down concepts to make thing easier to understand. I sometimes set up small quick tests and asked general question in the field, to widen the student minds.
