About Jamie
Coding represents my daily reality since I earned my MS Computer Science from UW. I admit that transitioning from pure academic theory into the messy world of data analytics changed how I view software engineering entirely. This shift allowed me to integrate Java, Git, and backend systems into a cohesive professional workflow.
Over the last 13 years, I have helped countless students navigate complex data structures and clean code practices. My teaching style relies on the same rigorous standards I use for building production APIs. These days, I prefer working with learners who want to bridge the gap between simple scripts and robust application development.
