About Thalia
I am a 20-year-old aspiring aeronautical engineer, currently pursuing my associate's degree in engineering sciences! In high school, I was awarded the College Board National African American Recognition Honor in 2024, as well as acceptance into the National Honor Society. Currently, I am a paraprofessional educator working with elementary students. Aside from work and school; I love art, music, and baking!

Math is intimidating, and from experience as both student and educator, understanding math from a textbook makes the learning process even harder. My passion for learning and teaching has taught me that it’s necessary to be flexible with teaching methods so students can succeed.
