Hello! I'm Lizzie or Mrs K when I'm in school. I'm a recently qualified teacher with over 5 years experience working in schools, currently working from home until my son is ready to go to nursery. I take a caring and nurturing approach to learning to find out what makes YOU tick and how best to help you achieve the best you can. Together, let's find the gaps that are making your learning tricky and practise them in memorable ways! Expect to be using movement, real life objects (that your adults have given you permission to use) and some singing to help you make sense of the curriculum. Whatever the subject, you might not be good at it YET, but all you need is the right support and practice. We will do short, fun lessons focusing on a particular skill or aspect of learning. Lessons will be one hour and involve: -A warm up task to set your brain ticking -a brief explanation of our learning and your task -a practical task to illustrate the learning - some independent written exercises to apply your new knowledge. - going through your work together to spot any further learning opportunities.
