About Samantha ALCM (Dip), ALCM (TD)
I have nearly 20 years of teaching experience of predominantly musical theatre singing and pop vocals. I hold a teaching diploma (ALCM TD) and I have taken various exams in Musical Theatre and Classical Singing (both to grade 8), Piano and Theory of Music (both to grade 5)
I have taught in both public and private schools, in groups and 121 sessions and have sung as part of various choirs and performed on a variety of stages in the South West of England

Lessons are tailored to the individual voice after goals have been discussed and set.
Whether singing is your hobby or your career, my aim is to help you get the best from your voice by teaching you how the voice works and helping you to put the foundations in place.
I will also work on breathing techniques to enable you to support your vocals while singing safely, without straining or damaging the voice.
I am able to enter you for various exams (London College of Music syllabus) if this is something you wish to pursue.
