About Theresa

Graduated from the University of Taipei, Taiwan in 2019 with a concentration on Classical Violin Music Performance and obtained very satisfying results. Study with several teachers who are graduates of the Juilliard School, Belgium Conservatory and Northwestern University. Received an International student Scholarship, attended many masterclasses and experienced teaching for approximately 4.5 years. Received an Elementary Certificate from the Dalcroze Music Taiwan Society in 2019. Now he is a solo musician, orchestra, chamber and private active teacher as well as several music schools in Jakarta.

About the lesson

Student-Centered teaching, where the lessons provided will suit the needs, interests and abilities of students because each individual is unique, the way and speed of learning for each student is different. Teaching the violin technique properly and correctly, because I believe the correct playing technique will produce a good tone quality / sound. In the lessons, you will teach scales / arpeggios, etude (finger exercise), and pieces (songs). The syllabus that I use is the Suzuki Method. Can teach in Indonesian / English / Mandarin. Having a healthy and proper concept for a foundation of violin playing is absolutely essential. - Lesson 4x / month. 45-60 minutes / lesson. - also provide additional theory lesson, and ABRSM Examination.
