My name is Michael I am an ex academy football player, I quit at 16 to follow my passion of helping people reach their fitness and sports goals. I’m a very friendly person who ultimately aims for the best for my students.

A positive role model who provides a range of different fitness routines all a student centred approached. An emphasis on progression and growth as individual many students reap the benefits of increased fitness or hypertrophy relatively fast from the 2 hour lessons. Very qualified with level 3 fitness and sport and 4 years spent teaching multiple age groups at various abilities levels.
