- What kind of experience do you have?
I have taught secondary History (and some ICT) at KS3, KS4 and at KS5 for a quarter century. I am also a published author and games simulation designer.

I trained for my PGCE at Exeter Univeristy.

I am just starting to tutor. At my last school (a non-selective girls secondary) I achieved 73.2% A*-C grades.

I'm Writer & Historian Gary Mitchell
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach History and Creative Writing - but I also have excellent General Knowledge.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a Ba(Hons) in Information Studies, a PGCE in History & ICT, and wide experience of life, the universe and everything.
- How much do you charge?
Basically I charge £25.00 an hour - if within the Bournemouth area.
- Where do you teach?
I can teach History and Creative Writing. I am able to travel and live in Bournemouth, so can cover Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne, Ringwood and the surrounding area.
- When are you available?
I am available by appointment.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I mainly teach ages 11-18, but I am flexible enough to tutor other age groups.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I can prepare students for GCSE, 'A' and 'AS' levels.
