About Samira
I am a student on a gap year and would love to pass my years of thorough research into getting the highest grade onto the next generation of chemists! During my school years, I was extremely committed into NAILING my strategy for getting the best grades in chemistry. Through finding niche revision resources to curating my own revision resource (guaranteeing memory retention), I know that if you follow my method, you will achieve similar success!

I am determined to make your child excel in either GCSE or IBDP SL/HL Chemistry through a focused, personalised, and scientifically-backed approach. I achieved the top grades in both and am passionate about this subject! I tailor my teaching to each student’s level of understanding by identifying their weaknesses and explaining concepts in clear, engaging ways. My lessons are interactive and packed with relevant past paper questions, followed by homework tasks designed to consolidate their learning to the max. I use proven methods such as active recall and spaced repetition to boost memory retention and long-term understanding. My aim is not just for your child to do well—but for them to gain genuine confidence (and maybe even a passion!) for the subject. I firmly believe that it is a teacher’s energy and belief in a student that can completely change their performance. I charge £15/hour and am flexible with timings, making high-quality tutoring accessible to more families.
