About Charlie
Teaching is always something that I have thought about as a potential career path for me. I love the idea of helping students achieve their true potential, whilst also helping them develop confidence in themselves to approach difficult problems head-on, whilst also developing skills that they will carry with them into their future. I have always had a passion for maths and this is something that I have worked on and developed throughout my time at school and university and would love to pass down to younger students.

I take a laidback approach to my teaching that allows the student to develop their skills in their own time without feeling the pressure to meet targets or deadlines, as there is already enough of this stress when approaching GCSEs! My lessons will be focussed on developing the areas that the student would like to work on and will be tailored towards helping the student build their confidence so they are ready to take on their GCSEs. My lessons will typically last around an hour, however, this can be reduced or lengthened slightly depending on the time that the student requests. My lessons are targeted towards students in secondary school, particularly those approaching GCSEs. Looking forward to speaking to you soon!
