I would like to tell my future students that I am a passionate researcher and educator who is dedicated to advancing the field of biology through research and teaching. I've a three years of experience of teaching. I'm a graduate student of IISER(Indian Institute of Science Education and Research)Pune with a degree in biology and has achieved excellent academic performance with a score of 85%. Currently, I'm engaged in research in the field of biology and has a strong interest in teaching fundamental concepts of biology to students. With a passion for sharing knowledge and experience in the field of biology, I aspires to impart the understanding of biology to students in an engaging and stimulating manner. Through my academic and professional experience, I'm well-equipped to provide a comprehensive education on the subject, ensuring a solid foundation in biology for students.

About the lesson

As a biology teacher, my approach to sharing knowledge is student-centered and interactive. I believe in using a variety of teaching techniques and methods to cater to the different learning styles of my students. Some of the techniques I use include lectures, group discussions, visual aids like diagrams and videos, hands-on activities like lab experiments, and case studies.

The usual structure of my class involves starting with a brief recap of previous concepts, introducing the new topic with an overview, delving into the details of the topic with examples, and concluding with a summary and assessment of what was learned. I also encourage my students to ask questions and share their own insights during the class.

One of my special features as a teacher is my ability to make the subject matter relatable to the students' daily lives and experiences. I try to provide real-world examples and relate them to the scientific concepts being taught. Additionally, I believe in creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn at their own pace.

My classes are intended for students of different levels, including school children, college level, and adults. I tailor my teaching methods and techniques to the specific level of the students to ensure that they understand and engage with the material being taught. Overall, my goal as a biology teacher is to not only impart knowledge but also to inspire a lifelong curiosity and love for science in my students.
