I am an engineer graduate and international badminton player. I have been giving fitness classes since 5 years, offline and online. I can help you increase your muscle strength, get faster, fitter, better stamina, help you improve your vertical jump and most importantly have fun.

Well I start with slow intensity to get people in the rhythm and slowly increase the intensity. Only few of my sessions are really tough, I do detailed analysis of every student before starting and you will see surely significant improvement in your physical and on paper aspects.
