About Chaitanya
I am an production engineer. I got into fitness after my 11th standard. I have done my personal transformation from 104kgs to 80kgs not just losing weight but also becoming faster stronger and more explosive! I feel that one shouldn't just concentrate in the looks but should focus on being able to move and function properly ,be strong and athletic ! Looks will take care of themselves!!

My method is using bodyweight / weights (as per your availability) and focus on strength building and endurance. Also each of our class will end with a conditioning session just like any athlete does after his/her training. We'll be in corporating more of HIIT routines for conditioning so that we aren't spending all day at the gym. Also the diet i am going to give you is very sustainable nothing fancy but homemade food where you can also enjoy outside food sometimes.
