About Alvin
I learned Qi Gong from an old Chinese teacher based in North Brisbane since eleven years ago. Since I learned to do Qi Gong properly, I noticed that my immune system was getting stronger and found it to be very beneficial health wise.

Firstly, I would like to emphasise the best time to do Qi Gong is in the early morning hours which will make the exercises effective, then I would like to start the class doing loosening exercises. From then, the Qi Gong forms will be taught.
