Hi there! I’m Ayomide. I know that technology can sometimes feel like it's moving a mile a minute, leaving the rest of us feeling a bit overwhelmed. Whether it’s a smartphone that seems to have a mind of its own or a computer that just won't do what you ask, I’ve been there and I’m here to help. I’ve always loved figuring out how things work. That curiosity led me to earn a Diploma in Computer Programming from Georgian College and complete my Google IT Support Professional Certificate. I’ve spent the last few years working as a freelance assistant, where I handled everything from organizing massive digital files to responding to 40+ client messages a day with 98% accuracy. But what I enjoy most isn't just fixing computers; it’s helping people. There is nothing better than seeing the look of relief on someone’s face when they finally understand how to video call their grandkids or safely navigate a website. I’m known for being incredibly patient and using real-world language instead of technical jargon. I don't care if we have to go over the same step five times; my only goal is to make sure you feel confident and comfortable. Typical Lesson Plan (60 Minutes)
Every lesson is customized to your specific needs, but a standard session usually follows this structure:
Goal Setting (5 mins): We start by identifying the specific task or "headache" you want to solve today (e.g., "How do I send photos to my family?").
The Guided Walkthrough (35 mins): We move through the task step-by-step. I explain what we are doing and have you perform the actions on your own device.
The Digital Security Check (10 mins): We review a safety tip, such as how to spot a scam text or how to manage a strong password.
Recap & Practical Notes (10 mins): We review what we learned, and I provide you with a simple "cheat sheet" or checklist to keep for future reference.
