I Fun and creative activities to help relax the mind, from watercolor painting to sketching. The lessons will help relax your mind and help focus on creating art. I believe that breathing exercises help balance the mind and encourage before the art process starts. It is important to remember I am not here to judge your artwork and will not do so. This is a safe space for you to heal from outside worries and traumas. Lastly, the first lesson will be an assessment on what you know and feel about art. With 1-3 short exercises to help you in the next lesson.
