About Amy
Hey, my name is Amy and I'm originally from Ireland currently living in Portugal :) I have been traveling from February 2023 until recently overlanding across the world from Ireland to Iran in my Land Rover Defender. You best could describe me as and an adventurous, empathetic, carefree spiritual health fitness enthusiast with a passion for holistic living and helping others. I studied at the University of Limerick and have a degree in Biomedical Science. I am also a certified Holistic Coach, ISSA Personal Trainer, Reiki Healer, Yoga Instructor, Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator.
I also have a hugh interest teaching and tutoring others from my several studies and life experiences!
