As a recent graduate, I can attest that learning is difficult - especially if you struggle with the topic. However, I have found that even during my toughest classes, a good teacher can make all the difference. Learning is an integral part of life, but stirring up a genuine interest and connection in a specific topic can prove to be difficult for some.
Since there are many different degrees in which a student can learn, it is important to take a more adaptive approach. Adhering to learning principles such as personalization, practice, and expectation management. By basing lessons on current knowledge and crafting an environment that is receptive to their feedback, lessons ultimately become more engaging.
