About Roisin
Professionalism is the centre part of my teaching.
Preparation, reflection and flexibility are the key elements of my lessons.
I strive to ensure that all individuals in my class are catered for within my lesson and adapt where necessary whilst teaching.
I capitalise on games, songs and rhymes to keep lessons engaging and purposeful for all age groups. As a keen swimmer, footballer and coach I know the value of a practical lesson full of activities.
My work within the primary school classroom has drawn on my professional qualities and enhanced them. With a year of ESL teaching behind me, I have also gained invaluable insight into the different aspects of ESL teaching.
