About Martin
I once had challenges understanding basic teachings in the class, sometimes imagining beyond what the teacher requires, unable to summarize and say it as requested or sometimes even forgetting immediately what has been taught. My year 1 in the university opened my mind to a lot of research about self-development and to be able to catch up with the school's curriculum. I graduated without carryovers from my year one to final year and was able to still partake in the school's politics effectively. I believe everyone can be taught, we just need to speak the language they understand and be patient.

I believe every student has his/her unique way of understanding. My pattern is to understand the student's challenge, bring it down to their level and gradually accelerate pace with more challenging tasks. I have also discovered that the best pattern is to be more practical with examples.
