About Jerome
Hi! I’m Teacher Jerome. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in English, and I have been teaching English since 2018.
I have worked with Acadsoc, GunwooEdu, and BITU, where I taught Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese students how to communicate and speak English confidently.
As their teacher and mentor, I always make sure that my students enjoy the learning process while improving their English skills. I believe that building a strong connection with my students is very important because when they accomplish something or become more fluent and confident in communicating in English, it is also an achievement for me as their teacher.
I have also taught Chinese students who are now working professionals, and I’m happy to say that we still keep in touch and communicate with each other until now. For me, that is one of the most rewarding parts of being a teacher—not only helping students learn English, but also becoming part of their growth and journey.
