About Jazie
About Me Hi there! I’m Jazie, a dedicated social work professional and tutor based in Utah. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Capella University, where I graduated on the Dean’s List, and I’m currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) to continue growing in the field I love. I’ve spent the last four years working in the field, specializing in addiction recovery and hospice care — two areas that have deepened my compassion, patience, and understanding of people’s lived experiences. I currently serve as a Program Director at a rehabilitation center, where I help individuals rebuild their lives and support staff in providing trauma-informed, client-centered care. As a tutor, I bring real-world experience and academic excellence together to help social work students feel confident, capable, and prepared. Whether you need help with writing, research, APA formatting, or applying theory to practice, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you get where you want to be. When I’m not studying or working, I’m usually spending time with my two kids and two dogs, enjoying the Utah outdoors or relaxing with a good cup of coffee.
