About Henry
Throughout my mathematics career, I've always said to myself that in order to actually learn something, you must be able to teach it to someone else. Whether it be teaching it to another student, or someone you are tutoring, you must have a wealth of knowledge on how others learn and what best translates to them in the mathematics world. I have tutored people from all ages and all backgrounds, and no matter what I am teaching, I try to make it as interesting and engaging as I can for the student. Once something is engaging and interesting for the student, the capacity to learn and utilize the knowledge learned can only grow as well.

My approach as a tutor is to best understand where the student is in the learning process. Do they have a good background of knowledge in the subject? Are we starting from the beginning? Once we know where we are as a student, we can start building a foundation of a learning experience that not only helps the student learn the information and utilize it in a testing environment.
