About Eleanor
I've been coaching rowing throughout my degree. I have loved seeing athletes develop through encouragement, patience, and a bit of creative thinking. After finishing my university degree, I realised that a corporate career just wasn't for me. I wanted to do something that was more rewarding, more personal, and a lot more fun! Teaching and tutoring gives me the chance to get to know each student, help them tackle challenges in a way that works for them, and hopefully show them that maths doesn't have to be scary—it can actually be enjoyable.

I provide engaging, creative maths tutoring tailored to each child's individual needs and learning style. Whether reinforcing concepts from the school curriculum, supporting teacher-set homework, or helping students progress beyond their current level, I create enjoyable lessons that build confidence and understanding. I use imaginative, practical approaches to make maths accessible and fun, encouraging children to think independently and develop strong problem-solving skills. My aim is to help every student reach their full potential by working at their own pace, celebrating achievements, and creating a positive learning environment where they feel motivated, capable, and excited to learn.
