About Anna
I am a recent graduate from a masters' course in English literature at Cambridge University. I currently work for a company producing academic resources for undergraduate courses in the arts and humanities as well as offering tutoring lessons. I am passionate about both literature and history and I love sharing this passion with students. My past tutoring experience includes volunteering with an initiative to provide free tutoring to students during the covid lockdowns as a supplement to online schooling.

I take a focused approach to tutoring sessions, helping students to identify the key skills that they want to improve on so that we can design a plan to make the most of the tutoring time. I aim to stretch students' capabilities through discursive analysis of texts and relevant critical issues. Essay writing skills cannot be taught by a one-size-fits-all approach and so I aim to work together with students to find ways of structuring their thoughts which work best for them.
