About Max
My name is Max and I currently live in London/Edinburgh and I am currently doing a masters in mathematical physics at Edinburgh university. I know that often people find maths and the sciences challenging but I truly believe that anybody can easily become good at them with the correct methods for learning. Once you start to become comfortable with these subjects I hope that you will find that they are the most rewarding and interesting. My goal is not only tutor students who may need extra help in these subjects but to hopefully spark their curiosity that will lead to them continuing these subjects onto further study.

Having three younger siblings, I have had a lot of experience throughout my life teaching them subjects throughout their GCSE and A-level journeys. Through the process of teaching them I have learnt that the best way for them to learn was to make teaching interactive and pro-actively tackle questions in areas that they feel weak in. A typical session would be an hour but I am happy to do 2 or even 3 hour sessions if need be.
