About Shanjay
Having tutored since the lockdown period, I have built great experience during this time to now know what works and what doesn't. I will cater to the needs of my students and adjust my teaching style to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed during lessons.

My techniques vary from student to student, but primarily I like to assess the student's level in the initial lessons. Based on this, I evaluate their strengths and weaknesses. I like to use whiteboards in my teaching, along with providing relevant resources to aid the teaching experience. I try to understand how the student gets to a certain answer if it is wrong, and teach them the correct methodology. My lengths usually range from 45 minutes to an hour as this ensures the student stays engaged and any longer would dwindle their concentration. I started tutoring consistently during my time at university and have continued since. I tutor across all levels, with strengths in 11+ Maths and English, GCSE English and Maths, and A Level Psychology, Business, and Geography
