About Colin
My name is Colin, and I live in Denver, Colorado. After scoring well on my ACT (thanks to my much-improved reading section) I was able to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison and maintain a 3.74 GPA.
There, I helped lead the student advertising organization, then became a published author of Concierge Preferred Travel Magazine in Chicago, and am now living in Denver working in creative advertising.

Lesson plans are collaborative, open, and honest. In addition to taking standard practice tests, we will cover passages and reading materials that emulate typical ACT reading sections and discuss strategies for tackling them.
Time is obviously large component (and hurdle) associated with this section, but there's much more to gaining a good Reading score than just reading quickly.
Lessons are typically one hour, held on a weekly cadence. I will gladly hold a complimentary, 30-minute mini-lesson to get to know each other and see if I'm a good fit as a teacher.
