About Abigail
I am currently an RN at UPMC Children's Hospital in the Pediatric ICU! I see so many types of cases and learn new information everyday! I am a preceptor for student nurses and orientees on my unit and love it. I like to challenge these people into thinking about the answers to questions rather than just giving them the answer! Not only does this help the student think about the information that they do/do not know, it helps us think through questions!

I'm going to be honest, I was not the best student in nursing school Its hard to make a connection to materials to questions if you haven't seen a real life example! But that's why I'm here! I can break information down " dummy style" to help make connections to material. I find it helpful to talk through a subject/question with another person to bounce ideas off one another rather than being talked to lecture style. I feel this is more engaging and helps studying material more fun!
