About Tala
I gained the most knowledge on how to help other students through writing for a magazine. I learned how to capitalize on everything I've ever been taught about English, grammar and literature and found a channel to source that energy. My greatest strength in my studies has been essay writing. I've written about various topics including: the music industry, the medical field, ethical thesis, the fashion industry and so on.
From there, I would go on to edit, proofread and assist others in writing articles. I am published in 4 volumes of Boston Polished Magazine. I also hold a certification in Email Marketing through HubSpot Academy.
Furthermore, at my university, I was given insight and advice on how to resume build. It is very important that our resumes showcase our best work, but in a concise manner. I love resume building as it's a way to celebrate students' accomplishments!

My teaching methods are able to shift in accordance to what format my student works best with. I personally am a hands-on learner, but have been in experiences that require my style to shift to reading/writing, auditory, visual etc.
This is what sets me apart. My education and work opportunities expanded my reception of knowledge and how to in turn benefit others this way.
I fluently speak Arabic and English and am intermediate in Spanish. I enjoy working with students of all ages, but have the most experience with students between the ages of 13-18.
A typical lesson plan would be determined primarily by the student's needs. No two lessons would be the same, a format I found is best to keep students engaged and curious. My initial interaction with the student would be a time for us to learn about each other, his/her interests, hobbies, social activities and so on. It is very important to me that I build a trustworthy and reliable relationship with students.
