About Kreeday

I'm passionate about basketball and mathematics, and I love combining logic with creativity. I enjoy watching the NBA in my free time and find inspiration in the strategy behind the game—much like solving complex problems in math. I'm currently studying Actuarial Studies and Computing at ANU, where I continue to develop my analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the lesson

I focus on building a strong conceptual foundation while adapting to each student’s learning pace and style. My approach is student-led—I aim to guide rather than lecture, encouraging students to ask questions and think critically. I use clear, step-by-step explanations, regular check-ins to assess understanding, and lots of practice to reinforce concepts. Where possible, I also incorporate real-world applications to make abstract math ideas more relatable.

A typical lesson runs for 60 minutes, though I adjust this depending on the student’s age, attention span, and learning goals.

I achieved an ATAR of 99.35 and have been tutoring mathematics independently for the past year. I’ve worked with students from primary school through to Year 12, helping them with everything from basic arithmetic to advanced calculus.

My lessons are suitable for students of all ages and levels—whether they’re looking to catch up, stay on track, or get ahead in their studies.
