About Christine
“Hi, I am Christine! I was a classroom teacher for more than 20 years in the United States and overseas. I love to help students to realize that they can all learn new things and understand hard skills and topics when we break them down into small parts. Learning new things is a process just like learning to ride a bike or to play an instrument. It takes time. With practice and often making mistakes, which are part of learning, the things that were once difficult become easier the more we do them. I will be with you every step of the way as you master new skills and build new strategies to take on any task with confidence.

I’m a seasoned educator that holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and have over twenty years of experience working with children ages 3 to Grade 6 in both public and private schools within the USA and abroad. I specialize in the development of curricula aimed at improving literacy and numeracy skills in young learners. Since every child learns differently, I tailor my lessons to meet the learning styles of students by providing visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and reading examples so that each child is able to make personal connections to their learning. My expertise includes effective classroom management, creating a nurturing atmosphere, and collaborating successfully with students, parents, and colleagues.
